SALE TERMS, CONDITIONS, LICENSING

AVAILABILITY: We try to process most small orders within 3 days; at busy times it may take up to 2 weeks. Not all titles available outside the 50 states and territories. Please e-mail customer service before placing an international order. We reserve the right to remove any title at any time from the marketplace or make any price changes.
QUALITY: Due to the age or rarity of some titles, the quality will not be up to modern film standards. If a tape is of poor quality, the description will explain whatever problems may exist.
PRODUCT: NYFA's video mastering is performed by ABC COLOR VIDEO. Individual tapes are recorded on quality JVC, MAXELL and SONY blank tapes and boxed in hard plastic collectors' AMARAY video cases with full color artwork and descriptions (including cast & crew info where available). All titles are duplicated in SP (standard, 2 hour) VHS mode. SONY BETA tapes also available (Please e-mail customer service before ordering Beta tapes). All tapes in Standard NTSC(USA) TV system. European PAL and SECAM system editions available for some titles as a special order; please e-mail customer service before placing a foreign system order.
GUARANTY / WARRANTY: We warranty any tape from mechanical defect caused during normal wear and tear for 90 days after purchase with a same title replacement. We guarantee your satisfaction for thirty days after purchase; If anything you buy from us displeases you in any way please return it within 30 days for a refund or replacement. Please e-mail customer service before returning a tape.
USE / LICENSE All tapes are sold for home use only. By buying or renting any tape you agree to be bound by any applicable provisions of the copyright laws concerning the fair use of the material. Additionally, you enter a private agreement with NYFA that the tape will not be used for any public performance, in or out of your home to a paying or non-paying audience and that the tape will not be copied, duplicated, redistributed or broadcast in whole or in part.
